You can put 5 schools on the form. To place an order for your organization, please visit: Narcan Request Form
Added school campus you have to update with an email of the needed added locations, send shipping addresses to Direct Relief: [email protected].
They can ship all doses to one site for distribution as well.
In the form it does say “as doses are available” and that “new doses can be applied for as the ones sent expire”.
